went to a sweet old-school BMX bbq out in Glenwood NJ this weekend. Tons of sweet bikes, food, beer, cool people, and a kickturn ramp!

also? you can tell that i’m old not only because i rock one fist of seat post, but also because i say things like “one fist”. i mean really it’s not that low if you take into account how tiny the seat tube is, right?

guess what? bikes get dirty in NY. white is the wrong color for this city.

there’s lots of clique-y samey-samey in bmx right now, which is generally snooze-inducing. I see off the wall ish like this coming out of Japan and my faith is restored.
